About Air New Zealand
How we are managing the place: the service, the communication, the money side, how you were dealt with. This one does not go to the manager of that place.
Twenty seconds from you. A clear view for the people who run this place.
How that works
Your entry is read and rewritten by the analysis system before any person sees it: what the company reads day to day is the rewrite, in the system's words. Your original wording is stored for audit, and whether anyone at the company can open it is the company's own setting, made plain in their records. Voice is transcribed on our own servers. Nothing you send carries a name or an account. Each entry carries an anonymous device mark, the same one for every entry from this phone: it lets repeat patterns show, and it is a one-way code that cannot be turned back into a phone or a person. If you opened this from the QR poster you have no account at all, and if you signed in, that sign-in only decides which screen opens. It is never stored with your entry. You can take any entry back later from "Your entries on this phone". One exception, so you know: danger-to-life reports alert the manager immediately.Sent.
Your entries on this phone
Only this phone remembers what you wrote. The server keeps just the rewritten analysis. Remove deletes an entry from the system completely. If this phone's storage is cleared, the list (and the ability to take entries back) goes with it.
